Manzolillo srl oversaw the final and detailed design of the Town Hall in Teggiano (SA), a historic building in the heart of the city center.

The project included seismic retrofitting using steel hysteretic dampers, complemented by consolidation and architectural restoration work. The structural solutions were developed using FEM modeling, ensuring high seismic performance, durability, and respect for the building's original character.
