Manzolillo srl oversaw the detailed design and construction management for the seismic retrofitting and functional redevelopment of the Monte San Giacomo (SA) preschool.

The project employs a seismic insulation system consisting of reinforced concrete exterior walls coupled with insulating material, connected to the existing structure via metal connectors and reinforced concrete curbs. Fire prevention measures and the reorganization of escape routes were also designed to ensure overall compliance with safety regulations.
