Manzolillo srl oversaw the construction design of the Gatuccio cut-and-cover tunnel – south entrance to the north carriageway, located within Maxi Lot 2 of the Marche-Umbria road axis and the internal penetration quadrilateral.

The work included the definition of the reinforced concrete structural system, the construction phases, and the sizing of the final lining, using advanced FEM modeling to analyze soil-structure interactions and verify the static and seismic performance of the structure.
