Structural and geotechnical design for the Capodichino Station, the terminal hub of Linea 1 of the Metropolitana di Napoli. The excavation was carried out using top-down technology and perimeter diaphragm walls, enabling safe construction in a complex urban environment. The project includes reinforced-concrete and steel structures, ventilation chambers, and underground connections, supported by advanced FEM modeling and detailed seismic control to ensure stability, durability, and full integration with the RSHP architectural design.
